I submitted a request for a quote and got a call from James within 30 minutes (I also tried to get... read more quotes from 2 other businesses, but they couldn't beat Tiles Unlimited for responsiveness). He was flexible with the start date and kept me informed of when he would arrive each day and when he would be finishing up. He and his crew were incredibly professional and polite. They placed nearly 850 sq ft of plank tiles in my home. The cracks in the concrete under the original carpeting were carefully repaired and the floor leveled before he started laying tile. He showed expert craftsmanship with the tile placement in the hallway closets and bathroom- the tiles are perfectly aligned and the grout lines are flawless. The floor is level and beautiful from front door to back door. I would recommend Tiles Unlimited to everyone. The quality of work is worth every penny.
